The fact that the service was prompt and right on time.
I found it a little over crowded but that goes without saying during this time of year. Perhaps there could be on board priority seating where elderly people or persons with disabilities could board and exit the bus first. It would have made it a lot easier to get of...More
Get there ahead of time to check in first! I knew this but was still pushing it last minute due to down town traffic and barely made check in while bus was boarding passengers. Next time I would leave earlier myself. Give yourself plenty of time. :)

The trip was extremely good and I appreciate the fact that your bus has a toilet and related hygienic facilities while other public transport companies have not.
1. To reduce the price a little bit 2. To advertise/ marketing campain using all of your means so that people could know about the existance of your company. People only know the "Cold shot" company; I remember when i bough a ticket on internet i was searching only Col...More

Frequently Asked Questions

Do Red Arrow buses have WiFi?

Yes, Red Arrow offers WiFi on their buses. Although most trips with Red Arrow will have WiFi as advertised, some buses might not come equipped with WiFi and onboard WiFi can lose its connection in rural areas. We recommend you bring a book or download a movie just to play it safe. Red Arrow WiFi is generally best used for surfing the web, checking emails and chatting with friends; you shouldn’t count on the WiFi to binge watch your favorite show.

Are there power outlets or USB plugs on the bus?

Yes, there are power outlets onboard Red Arrow buses. You can generally find one or two sockets per row of seats, so be a good traveller and check if your seat neighbor might want to charge up their devices as well. With the onboard power outlets, you can charge both a computer and USB devices with a USB power adapter that typically comes with most phones and tablets.

Since Red Arrow might sometimes use replacement bus vehicles, not all trips are guaranteed to have power points. We recommend to bring a power bank to charge your phone for all trips over 2 hours, just in case.

What is Red Arrow's schedule?

On a typical day, Red Arrow has 81 scheduled bus trips in total. However, the exact departure and arrival times vary depending on the day and route. The best way to find the exact schedule for your trip is to use the search tool on this page.

Can you pick up will call tickets at the station?

No, Red Arrow does not offer will call tickets. You should purchase your tickets online and make sure you have everything you need to board before you arrive at the station.

Do you need an ID to get on the bus?

Yes, Red Arrow requires you to present an ID to an agent to be allowed to board the bus. Make sure you have identification issued by a government agency that meets the carrier’s requirements. Alternative IDs, such as a college ID, won’t work.

Are there bathrooms on Red Arrow buses?

Yes, there are bathrooms on Red Arrow buses. The bathrooms are pretty basic and include a toilet, toilet paper and hand sanitizer. Most bathrooms don’t have running water. As you will be using a bathroom on a moving vehicle, please use caution and hold on to a rail at all times.

Are meals or beverages available?

Red Arrow provides snacks to satisfy your hunger during your travels. Be sure to pack a credit card and some cash in case you get hungry. Your thirst is a priority for Red Arrow, and to make sure you are never parched onboard their bus, they offer free bottles of water. Just remember - the only right thing to do at the end of your trip is to make sure every water bottle is placed in a recycle bin to reduce your impact on the environment.

Does Red Arrow offer any premium features like extra legroom or movies?

Red Arrow goes the extra distance to deliver premium features to its customers.

Movies are provided during the bus trip to keep you entertained. Don’t forget to bring your favorite pair of headphones, as headphones are not always included on the bus. We recommend in-ear noise cancelling headphones due to their small size.

Do you find yourself squished in a regular seat or just love having extra room to sprawl out? Well you’re in luck as Red Arrow offers extra legroom seating. Since there is no standard of what extra legroom is, the extra space you get may vary between bus lines, but getting extra is always good.
