Pros: It was good both ways. But coming back from Calgary to Edmonton, i didn’t like the seat I was in 12C, which they should get rid of it’s next to the washroom and you have no where to place your water. Anyways… when I got to red deer I asked the lady that was doing the count if I could move & she was so sweet and accommodated me and I did move thank god. So thank you to the older lady that helped me in red deer. Overall it was a good ride. Cons: Make it more roomy, bigger seats especially if your sitting next to a big person.

Pros: I wasn’t arrived on time my driver left me at Red deer so the service was good except the driver . Cons: I asked a permission to go to the washroom , I took only 5 min . The driver saw an I came back toward him . He left me on purpose a lot of people tried to stop him . I get injured while running to catch the bus ,. I catch the bus at traffic light and stand in front of the bus , but still refused to take me knowing it was the last bus. I was treated as inhuman . I was forced to take Uber to Edmonton paid 230 . My luggege was inside the bus I managed to get my luggage in Edmonton . The driver was shocked to see me even asked me how I managed to get there . This shows he did it on purpose . I travelled to Edmonton a lot of time as far as I know we take a 5-10 min break . The other thing is I asked him if I can go and get yes. I do not have any issue with the Red Arrow may be they have to check their staff. Teach them how to treat people with respect and passion.

Pros: What I like about my trip was very relaxing for me. Cons: All is good. Tips: It is easy to take a bus if you just want to feel comfortable while travelling.
