Although there is no separate station building, there is a designated waiting zone with seating to wait for your coach. Since this stop is in the middle of Guildford Town Centre, there are many retail stores, convenience stores, and coffee shops if you need a snack or a public restroom. The large car park in this retail area means you can find a parking spot easily. Intercity eBus routes stop at this location, but several of Surrey's local TransLink bus lines also have stops along 105 Ave for easy connections to the city's public transit.
