Pros: Our driver was very helpful and a careful. Cons: Please remove the meal and refreshment option from your amenities. There is no such service in the bus though it's included as part of the amenities. It's misguiding. Tips: Bring your refreshments/meals, the service is not offered in the bus. Overall, the bus is very comfortable and spacious seats.

Pros: It was fast and the driver was good. The temperature was pleasant inside the bus. Cons: The seats could have more legroom. Paul suggests the screens could provide optional entertainment. It isn’t perfectly clear where to catch the bus! Tips: Be a little early to be sure you find the stop!

Pros: Very comfortable. We enjoyed our trip more because the bus was clean, cool, and quiet. Thank you. Cons: The direction about the location was very clear, but for a first time user, it might be a bit of a challenge because it does not look like a conventional bus terminal. We had some difficulty finding it.
