Pros
Inexpensive way to get back and forth between Seattle/Vancouver.

Our first driver, even though late, was loose and funny and still got us going in an orderly fashion...the lady on our way back came off as a drill seargant and just because one guy tried to talk to her she threatened him with not being able to ride. She did not come ofMore

Pros
The driver was kind and driving well, but I wish he’d have drove us to the terminal directly .
Cons
I bought a ticket from Holiday Inn, downtown Vancouver to Terminal 91, Seattle. But instead I was dropped off in downtown Seattle among others who were heading to the Terminals and were told that a different shuttle would come and pick us up and take to Terminal 91 &66.More
Tips
Take a bus to downtown Seattle and then uber to the Terminal 91.

Pros
Punctual, clean, friendly - excellent service. The cooperation and helpfulness of the Holiday Inn during our wait was greatly appreciated.
Cons
I understand it is impossible to estimate the time it takes to go thru customs at the border. The long delay would have made flight scheduling nearly impossible. It was not an issue for us but we will keep that in mind next time.
Tips
Arrival times could be off by several hours due to delays at the US Customs office at the border.

Pros
The pick-up was convenient as it was located at the same terminal that the cruise ship docked at.
Cons
1) It was not completely clear where we were to meet. We asked terminal hosts where to go and they had us wait on a bench out of the way for about 45 minutes before a staff person arrived. There was no signage or logo on uniforms to identify staff. 2) The staff person More
Tips
1) Read the description carefully. There were two additional stops at a Holiday Inn and a casino before we left Vancouver, an additional stop at a convenience store before crossing the border, and a stop at Tulalip Mall before we finally made it to the airport. 2) BringMore

It was nice, smooth and breezy, except at the border but that's expected. The bus wasn't too crowded, which was nice.

I need to take more trips to better answer this question. Oh yeah, your last question just gave me an answer: your WiFi has to work, please :)
Tips
Just plan ahead and prepare accordingly, your trip will go that much better.

Pros
Seat could be reclined, driver provided instructions when needed, bus made it to Seattle almost on time even though we spent 1 hour at the border.
Cons
The signage at the station was almost non-existent -maybe buses leave from different bays at different times but large signs could display generic directions. May be helpful to highlight the section on tickets that talks about I94 and paying the $6 at the border in casMore
Tips
Have $6 US in cash for each person if you have to pay the visa entrance fee.
