Pros: Fast and smooth. Cons: Boarding instructions were not clear in Richmond. Even the train was almost half-empty a lot of seats had “reserved for party of 2 or more” essentially blocking whole rows on both side of the aisle. I was told to take any seat i wanted and then chastised for it even though the only other options were to sit next to toilet. Naturally no one else sat next to me or across the aisle the whole trip. Tips: When boarding at Richmond Staple Mills station go to area G on the platform. You’ll be first aboard.
