We sat in the front and heard our bus driver ask how far Baltimore (our destination) was from New York. She had no idea where Baltimore was or how to get there. Luckily she got us there.

We had no wi-fi on return bus. The Peter Pan attendant at Baltimore was extremely rude towards us and some other passengers.
