Pros: The trip arrived earlier than expected which was a huge plus. Cons: The outlets on the bus did not work and I was unable to charge my phone or computer.

Pros: Quiet; good driver. Cons: Not enough room between seat; didn't appear to recline. Tips: Get to Union Station early ( I did) if you are not familiar with the bus terminal.
