Pros: Most outstanding was the driver, Mr Gregory Mars. A big computer glitch resulted in 10 people not boarding. Mr Mars handled all with incredible patience and wisdom. It could have been a very chaotic; even dangerous situation. Another bus had to be arranged to pick up the overload of passengers. Mr Mars was professional and very apologetic ( it was not even his fault ! ) He deserves recognition for making the trip easy and safe. Unbelievable ! Please acknowledge him in a special way. Thank you. Mike Sloand and Mari Bucklaw. Cons: Bigger lavatory. Tips: Keep calm.

Pros: Friendly bus driver. The seat I was in had a tray table, which was cool. Chargers under seat were in good condition. Cons: There was some litter on the floor of my seat. Receipts and a part of a phone case. Could have more leg room. Wifi barely worked. Tips: Bring a hotspot with you, and come early to your bus to get a better seat.
