We arrived 20 minutes early, which was great. The driver was speedy AND safe.

We drove with no reading lights. I had planned to catch up on some old papers and was unable to do so, as a result. I think this was the driver's preference, as it was night time.

The driver was quite pleasant and attentive to the road. He was also very polite to all the passengers - amiable, affable, and avuncular.
Cons
I received no notification that the bus was departing 15 minutes later than my ticket had indicated. Between the late departure and Friday night NYC traffic, we arrived, approximately an hour late to Worcester MA. I got there at midnight.
