Very much as per schedule and a smooth journey. For a first timer it's value for money and comfortable ride.

Staff can be a little more sensitive and patient during interaction. For a first timer travellor staff can display little more patience/resilience . On my onward journey it took me awhile to pull out ticket details from phone for verification. Also on my return journey ...More

Very friendly driver (I sat in the front and talked to him for a bit). Came on time and as expected. Liked that they provided cold water.

Need better dignage. Went to wrong place 2x. Directions for pickup location were clear .. but still hard to find. There are two other bus stops basically at same place (Peter Pan, Greyhound) and the mass transit buses. No one was nearby to answer questions.
