Very nice and comfortable Ride

Pros: The staff was so nice! The driver even lent me a charger. The people on the bus were also pretty pleasant. I took it in the morning and as a woman traveling alone I felt very safe. I do not know what the experience would be like at night but the day was a pretty nice ride. Definitely nicer than Greyhound buses. Cons: The communication between the driver and rider pre-pickup was not the best. Tips: I would tip travelers to keep their belongings close to them just to make sure.

Pros: Reliably on time, courteous and supportive staff, and a clean bus. Cons: The temperature was a bit too cold for me. Would appreciate a reclining seat with head supports. But, I don't expect a top-of-the-line bus at this rate. I was comfortable enough. Tips: Wear layers, even in the summer. Bring good head support.

Pros: Getting there alive. Cons: Not getting into a car crash. Tips: Pray before you ride, lol.

Pros: Cool. Cons: More straight routes without layovers. Tips: Be aware of any suspicious activity and don't be afraid to ask questions to the staff or security.

Pros: The staff was all very helpful and the trip was smooth. Cons: I wish the bus times were clearer; my bus was originally scheduled, on paper, for 4PM, but did not arrive until 4:25PM, which was when another bus was heading out in that direction, which has led me to think that the 4PM bus doesn't really exist, oddly. I also wish that the WiFi worked on board. Tips: Check the carrier schedule when booking.

Pros: Not much. Cons: My seat was wobbling side to side and I felt VERY unsafe. There were no guards at the station and traveling as a solo female I felt that my safety was in jeopardy. I will never travel through here again. Tips: Do not travel alone and lways carry protection devices with you. Do not leave bags away from sight, that includes putting your backpack at the front of your body to avoid having the backpack opened by someone else.

Pros: The helpful staff for a first time rider. Cons: Stops for bathroom breaks.
