Wanda Coach

Pros: I arrive 2 hours early to The bus station since it was my first time traveling with Wanda Coach transportation. The lobby was full of people in the seat area but the line ran super fast. I would say that the lobby was not as clean as I hope and something I think not many people were clear is that the online ticket needs to be exchange for a hard copy one on the register area. I think they need someone on the door who welcome people and who is open to explain first time travelers how does Wanda Coach operates. Bathroom were open but not paper in-unit so you need to go back to the register and they can provide you with the amount open toilet paper you need. Also, I don’t think the sink were working and where not by the toilette. I think for the amount of people that travels which is a lot they need better sitting and better bathroom. I would say that the price is good and the bus was clean which it made me feel that the administration for the bus and the register were different since the bus was clean oppose the lobby restroom. I didn’t use the bathroom in the bus because every other 1.5 hours there is a 15 minute break and the stops they choose are huge and CLEAN which makes the experience better. I liked they count the head count after every stop and the driver was very educated. I arrived to my destination about 22 minutes late because in some Of the stops passenger didn’t return to the bus on time which I can’t blame the company on that but again if you are in a hurry maybe this is not for you but if you are looking for decent drivers, that make sure you get decent breaks and you get to your destination then yes. I liked they have night shifts so you can travel while you sleep. Something to add is that some people may have mental issues and you may not be able To sleep as you wish. Overall I will travel with this people again because they bus was clean, the driver care about its passengers. If they add better Charlene experience on the lobby and accommodate thing better I see huge competitive advantage as of now I will say is just alright. Would I recommend it? For the price yes but for the whole thing well I need to think about it. Also, if you are in a group of people and all of you seat together maybe that’s better but remember you don’t get to choose your seat so you might be forced to seat wherever so you might want to ask the register if you guys want to seat together I will say arrive 2-3 hours before so they can consider to accommodate that. Cons: I think the lobby needs to be remodeled, the floors replaced, the seating early is super hard and has not cushion. I will add leather seats that way people can clean it if the wish. Re do the bathrooms and have a nicer look and clean. Tips: If you are in a group arrive 2-3 hours before so you can ask the register to put you at together since the seats are given on site so you can have a good user experience. I will advice to bring money with you so you can buy food or water on the stops. Every other 1.5 hours there is an stop in case you don’t want to use the bathroom in the bus. The places where the bus stops are the cleanest option you will get for a cleaner bathroom. The bus I came in it had usb ports in the roof so I will advice you to have a converter from usb universal to port-c in case you have a cable with port-c in both ends. Driver was super friendly and understanding. I will also ask for a list of stops that way you can learn more about the route something I wish I did. I didn’t check if the wifi was working sorry.
