I loved everything about my trip. The food car was very clean. The food on the train was perfect. Didn’t have to complain or speak with the staff I was very satisfied with EVERYTHING thank you Amtrak for the WONDERFUL experience.
Nothing needed improvement everything was perfect.
For a comfortable, relaxing, laid back , very manerable customer service team, then AMTRAK is your got to travel organization.

Horse shoe bend was fantastic. Scenic ride and snow. Long journey but did not feel as long as I could work and enjoy scenery. Staff friendly!
Finding platform in NY was a bit difficult with building works.

The bus should have outlets that work because if i did not have my laptop i would of been stranded because my phone would of been dead.
