Pros
The bus driver was nice and it was pretty inexpensive.
Cons
The boarding process is a mess and communicated poorly to passengers. I also found we stopped in a place that we weren't scheduled to stop (Delaware) for almost 20 minutes, and that was largely responsible for us being 40 minutes late to arrive.
Tips
Honestly, get a train instead of a Greyhound if possible. And if not, definitely try to get one of the Greyhound buses labeled 'express' (can see on their website).
