Pros: Got there but one hour late. Cons: There was no person taking TKTS information so the driver had to do it. I was very early.

Pros: It was comfortable and nice to ralax and let someone else do the driving for a change. Tips: Give wanderu a try great experience for the money.

It was comfy, and delays came with warnings and were for a logical reason outside their control (heavy rain/bad weather).

Pros: Efficient and as expected. Cons: SIGNAGE: There was no indication on the outside of the bus what company it was or where it was going. We almost missed it as a result! Very confusing.

1. The fact that watching my bus get ready to pull out and then actually pulling out while I was standing there but having tripper, put me on an upgraded bus with no extra costs was pretty much the highlight.

I bought the seat for the next day in error and in line and bus leaving in 5 min and phone help changed my ticket in a minute. Gave us water before we boarded. Very nice
