Pros: Comfortable seat. The bus was full but didn't feel crowded. I appreciate that we made one quick stop. Great experience for the money. Cons: Nothing. Tips: I usually take a train to NYC but I will take the bus more often now. It was a surprisingly pleasant experience.

Pros: The stopped at a stop in DC, the driver was smart and call for but she started the bus from the back and made to our destination. Cons: 1-Buses must be checked mechanically before starting. 2- there should should be at least one stop to get some drink.

Pros: Comfortable bus. Cons: It started raining 15 minutes before the bus was scheduled to depart. We stood on the sidewalk without covering, waiting for the empty bus to open the door so we could board. We were wet from the rain and the a/c was turned on full blast. We could have boarded earlier before we got soaked from the rain.

Pros: Miss communication with between the bus and train I was waiting for the train the bus was at the station on time because when I made the reservation the bus let I drive to union station but there was a girl that was working for another bus company she told me her company work the same she made a call vamoose company and change the bus for me she was an angel and she makes sure she puts us and the right bus I was so grateful and thank you to her. Cons: The bus driver needs needs to communicate with if the see someone is waiting for a bus or assist. Tips: I did enjoy the trip the bus cleared and safe I will travel with the same company.

Pros: I enjoyed not having to drive myself to and from New York. Cons: A more sense of security. When getting on the bus, the attendant stated that he didn't have a list to show who was supposed to be on the bus. That made me slightly nervous and there was no sense of security felt.

Pros: So nice quiet clean comfortable just a nice Ride. Cons: Nothing. Tips: Come relax and enjoy the nice ride.
