Pros: Clean bus, left right on time from the station and got to NYC right on time. Cons: WiFi was slow. Luckily I had mobile data to use but if I didn’t, the WiFi would have been useless.

Pros: Friendly staff very helpful; begining with the check in gentlemen to the bus drivers. Cons: Some waiting area with few seats until the bus arrives. Tips: Just to be in time for their trips.

Pros: Not bed. It took a long time due to heavy traffic. Also, the bus driver kept braking suddenly, so the bus was jerky. Cons: lease increase the frequency of luxury bus departures.

Our bus driver was the nicest person and assisted us with a lost phone. He was bilingual and able to communicate to help get it returned and I really appreciate all his caring and help that allowed our trip to be great!

Pros: It was so convenient. The bus was comfortable and the bathroom was clean. The driver was excellent - he was a good communicator, had a good sense of humor, and was a good driver. Cons: Nothing.
