Pros: We are just cameback from the Cruise early. We are a group of 8 people, and we can switched our schedules from 12pm to 9:30am on the bus stop, very amazing & we are very thankful for the staff. Save us from very cold winter weather. Cons: The first driver was old and always make sudden stepping on the break, not smooth and seemed can’t anticipate the distance. But fortunately in the midway a younger driver took over the bus, and he was driving smoothly and he is also very nice & friendly.

Pros: It was great. Comfortable and the bus felt luxurious. Traffic caused the delay, but we left right on time. Cons: Always room for improvement, but I cant think of anything. Tips: Arrive on time and keep your music to yourself.

Pros: Bus showed up 30 minutes early :). Cons: Make sure the outlets actually charge the phones. It was reducing my battery life.

Pros: On time! Nice seats, clean. Cons: I sat next to someone who was on the phone all the time, may be announce a couple of times, after the trip start on bus etiquette. Tips: Be Courteous. Don't be on the phone for long conversations.
