Pros: cheap, easy to book, as expected comfortability, easy to board. Ability to look up name in case ticket taking too long to load. Cons: when it started raining, the bus started to leak water on my head and also in front. Had to move my seat. The rest stop should be a place for food as well like a mcdonalds/burger king on the high way rather than a rest location where you cannot buy food.

Pros: The driver was professional and skilled. Departure point and arrival point we’re fine. Cons: The outlet for the charger at my seat did not work.

Pros: I did not like my trip!! Bus was more then 30 minutes late. No explanation given. Then the driver took the longest route possible to midtown manhattan!! Instead of a 1hr 40 minute ride we ended up with a 2hr and a 20 minute ride!! Again no explanation!! Cons: Communication!! Better decision making. The Holland tunnel to midtown manhattan was a bad decision!! Tips: If you have afternoon or evening plans take a morning bus in case of poor driver decisions!!

Pros: The price, though half the amount was taxes and fees. Cons: The bus was extremely late. And we arrived 2.5 hours late. Being on time needs to be improved. Tips: Be prepared for your bus to not arrive on time. And the WiFi did not work.

The trip was delayed 2 hours and because of that i missed my flight, very bad experience

Pros: Cheap. Cons: Bus driver got pulled over for speeding. Delayed the trip by 30 minutes. Did not make any formal announcement to the passengers after this happened. Then when we got to NY he promptly kicked us off the bus and said "let's go let's go there's more cops around here" as if we weren't legally allowed to park or get off the bus where we were. Kinda sketchy. Tips: Still the best deal for the price but allow yourself extra time than what it says the trip duration will be for unforseen circumstances.

Pros: The reservation was easy to make. Cons: The smell in the bus and the information communication we didn't realize we reserved a bus that let us in the suburbs of Philadelphia and not in the center of the city.
