The bus needs a deep clean. The seats were fine but the crevices between the easily-reachable surfaces were filthy. I had to hold my coat tight, so it wouldn’t slip and touch the space between my seat and the window.

The trip was quick. We arrived earlier then planned. It was smooth sailing and I had a very enjoyable nap with no interruptions.

The only thing I would state is that the wifi isnt up to par. I was not able to use it whatsoever on my phone and laptop. If this does get fixed, it would be nice to have a video for setting it up if additional work is needed.

Yes, you can change a Peter Pan coach reservation. Both changes to the time and the date of travel can be changed. To make a change to your reservation you will either need to visit a Peter Pan ticket counter or contact customer service at 800-343-9999.

To change your ticket there is a fee of $5 (if the cost of the ticket is less than $10) or $10 (if the cost of the ticket is more than $10), plus any difference in fare for the new ticket. A transaction cost of $2.50 per ticket will also apply.
