Pros: It’s not far away from our apartment. Tips: Keep it up.

Pros: The bus stop is conveniently located in downtown Bethesda. The area is clean and safe. Cons: I would have preferred if seats are designated ahead of time. I got to the bus stop 15 minutes early and there was a long line already. I did not find two seats together once I got on the bus. Tips: Vamoose was great. It is worth paying a bit more rather than going to Union Station. Also, the bus stop in both Bethesda and NYC are centrally located. I will take Vamoose for sure both ways next time.

Pros: The bus from Bethesda to NY was great. I wish they would give water bottle. The bus from NY to DC. Was horrible and scary and unsafe. No wifi the driver said it’s a new bus no WiFi. And the scary part was he was watching tv while driving my daughter was so scared and crying. I video tape it and took pictures and will definitely call the company. We where scared and felt very very unsafe. Cons: Put a camera in the bus so you can monitor the drivers and safety for passengers. Tips: I was to scared I should have told him to stop watching TV or get off the bus.

Pros: Smooth sailing from the time we boarded till we were dropped off. Cons: The driver pulled into 2 different rest stops otw yet didn’t make any announcements and only stayed for about 5-10 minutes. There was never any explanation as to y they did do. No one got off or on including the bus driver so it was a total mystery and just strange? Not sure y they did that. No stops at all on way back. Tips: Highly recommend!

Cons: The bus driver needs needs to communicate with if the see someone is waiting for a bus or assist. Tips: I did enjoy the trip the bus cleared and safe I will travel with the same company.

Pros: I enjoyed not having to drive myself to and from New York. Cons: A more sense of security. When getting on the bus, the attendant stated that he didn't have a list to show who was supposed to be on the bus. That made me slightly nervous and there was no sense of security felt.

Pros: It was very easy with pick up in Bethesda and drop off near Penn Station. Not having to drive, pay tolls, and deal with traffic. Cons: There was no communication from the driver. Tips: I often drive to NYC for work and this was a much more enjoyable experience and I was able to get work done on the bus.

We ended up with the last 2 seats together at the back of the bus because it was sold out and there was a line waiting to load more than 15min prior to boarding. Our bus apparently had a broken AC, but it was the worst in the back and absolutely no air flow. There was also hot air blowing out of the box to the right of our seats. Unlike the ride up, where our bus made stops 2+ times not related to picking up passengers, we did not stop once and therefore we also went through our water bottles quickly and we struggled. Overall, it was miserable. We then hit the typical 95 traffic and it prolonged the journey home.
