Denair to New Rochelle train

Denair is a small town between Modesto and Merced on the Amtrak San Joaquins route. Many of the restaurants, shops, and amenities are in the neighboring town of Turlock, and you won't find chain restaurants in this quiet, friendly community. Instead, you can find local favorites like Riveras Crazy Snacks, Denair Donuts, and the El Jidalguense taco truck when hunger strikes.

Plus, since you're in the agricultural embrace of central California, there is no shortage of foodie experiences in the area around Denair and Turlock. Thanks to the San Joaquins trains that stop in Denair each day, it's easy to reach the San Francisco Bay Area, Sacramento, or Bakersfield within a few hours. Plus, it's a straight shot on the train from Denair to Merced, one of the main gateways to Yosemite National Park. Although Denair does not have intercity bus service, Greyhound runs several routes to its neighbor, Turlock.

New Rochelle is one of the largest cities in New York, also known as New Rock or New Rock City. The city is home to Broadway, the iconic street known for having theaters. The NY city is known for its diverse history and unsurpassed beauty, especially since it offers many outdoor recreational opportunities. New Rochelle offers a lot of beach clubs and parks, taking most of the space on the coastline. On the Five Islands Park and Glen Island Park, you can enjoy a view of the coast and beach. Although Broadway makes up a big part of the nightlife at New Rochelle, the city has different pubs, social bars, lounges, and nightclubs. A couple of local breweries, cideries, and wineries in the city add to the dining spots, especially in Downtown New Rochelle.

New Rochelle is known for being easily accessible, and you can get there by train or phone from tens of other cities. By train, you can visit the city through Amtrak Northeast Regional and other Amtrak services.
