Pros
arrived a few minutes early
Cons
I purchased a ticket from Wanderu that was supposed to drop off at SUNY Albany - Collins Circle. The driver said he would only drop off at the Renssalear Rail Station. He did not drop me off at the ticket destination - I had to find a ride from Renssalear.
Tips
Do not expect to be dropped off in the correct location.

Pros
It was quick and very safe driving.
Cons
Very large passengers should purchase 2 seats and not sit on the other passengers
Tips
This bus is always packed. Get on the boarding line early if you want your choice of seats. I've taken this trip with Adirondack pool many times and this was the only time I got sat on and the trip was quick so I feel it was a good deal.

Pros
Not the trip back of course.
Cons
I didn't like the fact that the bus broke down and that we had to stay for over an hour in a parking lot, in the middle of nowhere with no possibility to have a coffee or to seat. This is not very professional. Several passengers told us that it had happened before.
Tips
Please don't use Idirondack. The company should at least reimburse us. that bus company.

When the bus arrives at Plattsburgh at almost 1am, there are never any seats to sit in due to the people laying down across them. It is hard to wake people up, this should not be allowed.

Pros
The bus left on time - looking back this was essentially the only thing that went right.
Cons
1. The bus broke down within the first 1.25 hours of the trip. We stayed on the side of the highway for over two hours - 1 hour of that we were not allowed to leave the bus that had no air and was heating up rapidly. It was so close to the start of the trip that it led...More

Good space for the legs and confortable seats.
