Way too many people traveling alone but taking 2 seats with their bags. I asked multiple people to sit with them and they wouldn’t let me until I literally woke up this girl that was laying on 2 seats and she let me sit. The driver drove off before I could find a sit. The seats are so small that an average size woman can’t sit with an average size man without squeezing each other.

Pros: that I go there. Cons: The bus reeked of pee. There were no outlets to charge anything even though there said there was online. There was no mention that there was a drop off in Phili so was not expecting the added time. And the bus did not consider the Eagles game that was going on that night so we were stuck in traffic for over an hour. Tips: they were fine.

Pros: The driver, Mark was very friendly and helpful with my husband's mobility scooter and helping him break it down and placing it under the bus with the luggage. Cons: To mop the floors on the bus. My floor under my feet, were very sticky and nasty. Tips: Be careful on the last step of the bus prior to your feet hitting the ground if your mobility is a bit off, because my husband took a spill on to the sidewalk, trying to get off the bus.

Pros: The staff was friendly, the trip was on time, departure and arrival. Cons: The bus on the way back didn't have any outlets, I would suggest putting these on every bus.

Pros: Pick up and drop location. Cons: Too many unnecessary detours were made during the trip. Tips: Bring battery chargers because the seat socket didn’t work.

Pros: Price wasn’t outrageous, trip was fast, bus stop is easy to identify, bathroom on bus. Driver alerted us whenever they needed to and they were a good driver. Cons: More routes available during late night hours to and from more popular destinations like Phil to nyc. Tips: Have fun be safe god bless.

Pros: I road roundtrip to Baltimore to NYC and back. The ride from Baltimore to NYC was great. The return trip was not as good. Rude driver, no chargers, and a late trip did not make me happy. Cons: If a customer asks if this is the bus to Baltimore don't say no because it's a bus to Philly, Baltimore and then dc. It's going to Baltimore but the bus driver said it was a Philly bus until minutes before it was going to leave. Tips: Be prepared for the dangerous neighborhood filled with homeless people sleeping on the street at the NYC stop.

Pros: It was a pleasant trip. Our departure and arrival were on time and the driver was very nice. Cons: I traveled with my sister and although we arrived 15m early to the departure time, when we get into the bus, we couldn’t find two seats together. If the seats are numbered, it would better for the passengers who are not traveling alone. Tips: Not really.
