Pros: The only think that I would improve is to have buses with outlets, but I'm not sure what the decision is to not include them. Other than that, everything was available. My return trip was very good. Cons: Buses with outlets. Tips: If you chose to take a 4+ hour trip, then be prepared for that, especially if your bus is full and you're sitting next to someone that you don't know. Make sure all of your devices are charged, and consider bringing a backup battery. A blanket would help, as well as a neck pillow. The buses are adequately cooled, so you don't have to worry about temperature. Don't stare at your map too much, trying to see how long it's going to take to get there. Consider lowering your caffeine intake to get some rest before your long journey.

Pros: Nice trip! Very professional and secure.. Great price! Respected departure schedule. Arrival was late due to traffic. Driver was professional. I recommend this company to others looking to enjoy the same experience. Cons: WiFi. Tips: Bring a sweater on board for the air conditioner works really well!

Pros: I liked the bus but it was unclean. Cons: Staff behavior, cleanliness. The driver was talking on the phone the whole time. He was also abusing and was very loud. Tips: Be wary about the eta and plan ahead.

Pros: Easy to get on, friendly staff, and easy ride! Cons: I wish there was some sort of line or set up for boarding, because we were waiting for a while and some people still showed up later and cut in front of us. Not a huge deal, but frustrating.

Pros: The Lady driver was very professional, she explained very well the rules and regulations when inside the bus, respect for each other and consideration towards one another, when handling phone devices. She had sense of humor and was very courteous. I was pleasantly surprise when the bus left on time and arrived on time to Baltimore City. Cons: My previous complaint about Peter Pan was how unreliable was, today my opinion is completely the opposite. Good job of taking care of the maintenance of the buses. Thanks for the great and reliable service. Tips: Arrive at least `15 or 30 minutes early .

Pros: Nice ride. Cons: The power outlet look like didn't work.The departing facility may have better installations and ammenities (quality chairs, clean...). Tips: Don't trust on the power outlet, bring your battery pack.

Pros: The price was cheap. Cons: Wifi was EXTREMELY slow, to the point where it was unusable. I wasnt able to get any work done on my laptop because of it. Tips: Bring your own portable wifi if you can and purchase the seat next to you if you want more more.

Pros: Bus was a smooth and comfortable ride. A much more economical way to travel than the train. Cons: nothing i can think of. Tips: Pick you seat away from the bathroom.
