Pros: The road trip very nice and smooth road trip. Cons: Maybe the charging can work and have USB-C instead of USB because nowadays charging is USB-C not USB so I think charging can improve on the bus.

Pros: We got home! Cons: Giving a reminder to passengers to keep the volume down on their individual phones or listening devices. The SMELL from the rear of the bus was GAGGING! It was BAD!!!!!!!!! The driver was rather blunt when he said - “DC!” Not a lot of heads up when we stopped and why. Needed better communication! Tips: The morning trip going down was great; coming back we were glad to get back safely and get off the BUS!

Pros: I liked how easy it was to find bus tickets from New York to Atlanta and that there were a variety of options available. I appreciated that we were able to add extra luggage at a reasonable rate and bring up to two bags. The bus driver made multiple stops along the way for food, restrooms, and stretching, which made the long trip more comfortable. I also liked that the trip had fewer stops compared to Greyhound, which kept the travel time to around 18 hours or less. The Wi-Fi worked well, there was no unpleasant smell on the bus, and the atmosphere was calm—no fights, arguments, or disturbances. Overall, I arrived safely and the trip went smoothly. Cons: The price could definitely be more competitive, especially since airfare can sometimes be cheaper and much faster (around 2.5 hours). While I appreciate that Wanda Coach offers online discounts and incentives, lowering the standard cost would make it even more appealing. Another improvement would be ensuring that the USB charging ports consistently work on every trip, as this is an important feature for long-distance travelers. Tips: Bring a light blanket and a neck pillow in case the bus gets cold. Pack snacks and drinks ahead of time, since food at rest stops can be costly. Bring a fully charged power bank, just in case the USB ports aren’t working. Wear comfortable clothing for the long ride and slip-on shoes for quick rest stops. Download entertainment (movies, music, or podcasts) before your trip in case the Wi-Fi slows down.

Pros: The only think that I would improve is to have buses with outlets, but I'm not sure what the decision is to not include them. Other than that, everything was available. My return trip was very good. Cons: Buses with outlets. Tips: If you chose to take a 4+ hour trip, then be prepared for that, especially if your bus is full and you're sitting next to someone that you don't know. Make sure all of your devices are charged, and consider bringing a backup battery. A blanket would help, as well as a neck pillow. The buses are adequately cooled, so you don't have to worry about temperature. Don't stare at your map too much, trying to see how long it's going to take to get there. Consider lowering your caffeine intake to get some rest before your long journey.
