Pros: Train left on time and arrived on time. The staff could have been a bit more customer friendly when giving instructions. The tone seemed to be a bit demading. Cons: Staff taking extra steps assuring that the customers especially seniors are ok. Tips: Yes they should use their headphones at all times.
