Pros: I arrived right when it had closed the doors and about to drive off. I jumped out of my friend's car and immediately started waving my hands in front to please wait for me and she saved my day! Shoutout to her. Cons: N/A. Tips: Get there ahead of time!!!!

Pros: The bus arrived on time at the pick up point, and the journey was comfortable and uneventful. The destination had construction work going on, so there were a lot of roadblocks, but the driver was able to skillfully navigate them and bring us to the destination on time. Cons: Your Customer Service phone numbers take a customer into medical alert advts, and there is no way to get out of the menu to ask important questions like the locations where the bus would pick up and drop etc. Tips: Always check the departure and destination addresses.

Pros: The ride was on time. Cons: The bus driver only spoke spanish and the bus stopped multiple times along the way which was odd because on those stops no one go on or off. The bus was cramped and was playing an obnoxious movie in dubbed Spanish so if you wanted to sleep, good luck. The ride was fast but only because it was a Monday and there wasn't much traffic. The worst part was the part of fresno it l dropped me off in. Luckily there was a japanese store i could go inside of. The bus drops you off in the slums of fresno where there are homeless people per square inch and what looks like gang members in every corner, you can imagine what if feels like waiting for someone you called to pick you up in a place like this. Tips: If you need to be there in a rush then i guess this bus is the way to go. Just don't arrive there at night because the drop off location is really ghetto ( around the Japanese Fish Market ).
