OurBus

Pros: Though it was Dec 31st evening bus arrived at drop off point 20 minutes ahead of scheduled time. Which was a pleasant surprise as well a motivation to take our bus for my next travels. Cons: Better display if bus pickup location in Hartford CT Like few other travelers had to go around looking for the stop and check in rly station. Tips: Reach the Hartford bus station with plenty of time in hand. Difficult to find the pickup location unless you have travelled earlier and know be location.

FlixBus US

Pros: We got there in record time! We arrived approx 20 minute early to my knowledge. Bus driver was friendly and comical. He was mindful of the passengers comfort as it pertained to the temperature of the bus and I thought that was awesome! Definitely would recommend Wanderu to anyone! Cons: Perhaps a quick spray down of the seats when passengers exit the bus for sanitary purposes, I noticed there were no sanitary measures taken in between the time when the bus arrived in Hartford and when passengers got off and then on the bus. Tips: If you have motion sickness be sure to take dramamine prior to the bus ride. I took it and had a great ride! If you want to go to sleep right away take the regular kind, but if you want to stay up take the less drowsy one :) I clicked no for the next answer because I wasn’t aware if there was wifi on board or not so don’t hold me to my answer!
