Pros: Driver was very helpful and informative. Seats were comfortable but a bit close for non-together travelers. Cons: The bathroom maintenance. It was not clean and would not flush. The driver was aware. Tips: It is a comfortable enough trip to sleep on and feel safe. However, it’s not good for sharing spaces if full. Bathrooms are not always maintained, but there are enough stops to use outside restrooms. Overall:OK. Staff is quite helpful and courteous.

Pros: Very on time! Very clean. Cons: Would be great to be able to recline the seats more. Tips: Make sure to bring a sweater in case it gets cold!

The driver was friendly and she worked hard. She also spoke multiple languages, which is helpful. Also the gentleman at check in was very precise and kind.

Pros: Very nice and clean inside. Air condition was very nice, especially in this pandemic moment. Also facemask was offered by the driver so did our trip healthy and confonfortible. Cons: Nothing. Tips: Yes.

Pros: Economical. Quick. Relaxing. It would have scored 100 if there was signage to advice passengers with mobile devices to use their headphones. Hearing videos and whatnot took away from the pleasant relaxing professional driving me till I sleep, wake up and arrive. Cons: Sign to encourage your passengers to use headphones or earbuds please. Tips: Blanket and neck pillow and you'll sleep like a baby.

Pros: It was a laid back trip, comfortable, clean, people at the desk and bus driver had welcomg and friendly attitude. Cons: A/c system.. maybe bigger ducts . Tips: Book here it's a little more but you'll be pleased.
