Indian Trails

Pros: Driver was very nice and communicative. Cons: Dan Ryan Station in Chicago does not feel safe. I would love if Indian Trails was more communicative about where to go to meet the bus so that passengers can be sure that they are in the correct spot and not be wandering around a historically unsafe station. Also, I would LOOOOOOVE text updates on your buses so that we have some transparency when a bus is running late. Especially the first time at a new station, I'm always really worried that I'm in the wrong spot when the bus is late.
