Pros: The driving was smooth for the most part. Cons: It was unprofessional that the second driver was an hour and a half past the original departure time when we were in Cleveland, Ohio. Also it wasn't appreciated how rude and unhelpful the terminal staff was in that situation. Tips: Be prepared to be behind schedule.
