Pros: I appreciated the young man being present as people were coming to the bus stop and asking questions. I wasn’t sure I was at the right place and having a representative there is appreciated. The bus driver told everyone to keep there conversations to a minimum on the phone which I was glad he did so. Cons: It was fine no complaints. Tips: Never used the bathroom so not sure what it looks like.

The driver from Bethesda to the driver-exchange stop handled a medical emergency extremely well and should be commended. He calmly, safely and quickly moved the bus to the shoulder. After checking on the passenger, he got off the bus and called 911. He returned to the bus and again checked on the passenger. Within 10 minutes the emergency team arrived, removed the passenger from the bus and we were again on our way. The driver's composure and expedience was professional, responsible, and courteous. He instilled confidence in our safety.
