I have taken Trailways bus several times in between New York and Montreal. Usually they offer spacious and comfortable seats, but this time it was completely cramped and not spacious.

We got to the destination ahead of schedule. There was minimal noise so it was an easy ride to fall asleep on.

Pros: Options to sit. Cons: Morning traveling is pretty descent it’s the night time. Peace and quiet. Only 1 issue with traveller whom kept crumbling paper at 5 in the morning and phone on speaker. Tips: Keep the noise to a vert low minimum and be very respectful of other passengers.

Pros: The cleanliness, above and beyond customer service of the driver and his humor along with professionalism. Cons: The seats and newer buses that would cause less malfunction and break down on the highway as we did that night. Tips: Hold on tight and pray!

Pros: My recent bus trip from New York to Toronto was impressively smooth and well-organized. The journey began punctually, with the bus offering clean seating and reliable Wi-Fi. The transfer during the trip was seamless, with minimal waiting time and clear instructions from the staff. The border crossing was efficiently handled, and the transition into Canada was hassle-free. The drivers were professional and maintained excellent communication throughout. Overall, it was a comfortable and stress-free experience that exceeded my expectations for long-distance bus travel. Cons: A little music in the atmosphere may help smooth the journey. Tips: I believe travelers should try this, especially if you’re traveling with friends, it’s going to be lovely.

Pros: I Like that my driver drove with caution but still was on time during rush hours. Cons: There was no wi-fi and ppl were coughing and not covering mouths so maybe masks should be provided and enforced for travel at this time with a new outbreak. Tips: COVER YOUR MOUTH WHEN COUGHING/SNEEZING!
