Pros: We left on time and I didn’t have anyone sitting next to me which was cool. Cons: The overhead light wouldn’t not turn on during the ride so I used my headlamp.

Pros: Visiting New York. Cons: I was extremely disappointed with the cleanliness of the bus I took from New York Avenue on Saturday around 8:00 PM. The bus was honestly filthy. There were crumbs, food debris, and what appeared to be built-up, stuck-on candy along the sides of the seats. It was so dirty that I felt uncomfortable sitting down. The condition of the seats and surrounding areas actually made me feel itchy and uneasy. I kept moving seats because I felt like something could crawl on me. I was honestly so grossed out that I felt like I was going to throw up. What made the experience even more noticeable was that the second bus we took from New York back to DC was MUCH cleaner. That showed me that the cleanliness can be maintained, so I don’t understand why the first bus was in such poor condition. I understand that buses are used by many people throughout the day, but basic cleaning and sanitation should be a priority. I hope the company addresses this because passengers should not have to sit in a bus with visible food buildup and debris. Tips: N/A.

Pros: I liked falling asleep on the bus. It was very quiet. Cons: I think assigned seats would be nice.

Pros: The bus was very comfortable and the driver was very accommodating to me, a senior citizen. Cons: The calculation of arrival time was very much lower than should have been expected in route to NYC. I was not surprised by the delay. Tips: The travel experience was one I would choose to repeat.

Pros: That this bus got me home when the Amtrak trains were cancelled due to a nor'easter. Cons: My seat kept reclining so the ride was a little uncomfortable because I have a bad back. Also - there are no plugs at the seat and no overhead lights so, when you are on a lengthy trip and you only have your phone for things to read/do, it would have been great if I could have charged its battery.

Pros: Seat and comfort. Cons: The trip took and extra hour.

Pros: Bus tracking. Cons: Location of pick up.. portable charger need to get fix.

Arrive early - when they say they’re leaving at 12, you better be in your seat already because they depart at exactly 12:00:00. You can’t spare a second.

Need to fix timing. There was 0 traffic and no reason for it to be an hour behind schedule. Driver stopped for food and bathroom which was not communicated. People have flights to catch. Change the departure and arrival to be more realistic if it’s always late.

Pros: Working charging components. Cons: None.

Pros: Smooth quite. Cons: A new bathroom fragrance something more pleasant and comforting. Tips: Be on time or get left.

Pros: Staff and cleanness. Cons: Good wifi. Tips: Book the trip earlier.

Pros: The bus was clean and we arrived even before time. It was a 7:00 AM departure on a Sat so there was very little traffic. The bus driver was a pleasant person. Cons: First: For some reason the website purchased two tickets from PA to NYC instead of one. Good thing that I found out when I decided to change my departure date to Sat, Sept. 19. So I got a credit for that ticket. Second: Changing my ticket from 9/18 to 9/19 took me over one hour and several calls to the Our Bus rep. He was very, very helpful and patient. The problem was that the website did not allow me to change the date on the calendar icon. So the OUR Bus phone representative had to give me credit for my ticket (this second ticket) so that I could use that credit to buy a new ticket for my 9/19 trip. THIRD: BETTER DIRECTIONS IN YOUR WEBSITE OF THE DEPARTURE LOCATION. THIS IS A BIGGIE!!! Lyft and uber need an address to go to. Their websites offer several choices that could possibly be the right bus departure point. An out-of-towner like myself or anyone unfamiliar with the bus pick-up and departure spots may not know what option to choose. I had to call the office AGAIN to get a specific address and specifics about where to be taken to. The woman was very, very helpful. And by-the-way, the PA departure location around the DAVE & BUSTERS SEEMS LIKE IT’S MORE ON THE RIGHT SIDE (facing) OF Dave & BUSTERS than in the BACK of it, as stated in the Lyft website and, on the OurBus site, and as the representative stated. Luckily a mall police drove by in his car and told us the exact location. This trip cost a bit shy of the cost of those two ticket credits but it was still a good price. Fourth: NO PLACE TO CHARGE A PHONE ON THE BUS!!!!! In this day and age, charging outlets are essential. That was disappointing. FIFTH: I found wifi info signage when I was leaving the bus. It would be helpful if it was displayed perhaps in more than one location. I feel that Wonderu should advise these companies to improve in these areas. Tips: Make sure that you know your exact departure locations for your trip. Call if you have to.

Pros: The bus driver was amazing. She was strict but in a way that made people respect her, and you need somebody people respect and listening to when traveling with a large group. The bus ride was easy to find, and I really enjoyed the views along the way. Cons: More space is always appreciated, but this was an absolute bargain of a deal so cannot really complain! Tips: The outlets are under the seats near the knees. Also, show up early! If the stop is at 11, we are leaving at 11:02! Also, bring snacks. A lot of people were hungry, although we did get to stop for a 20 minute restroom/lunch break which was appreciated.

Pros: Nothing. Cons: I've done this trip hundreds of time. This is the only time I've been inclined to write a review. The bus was broken, no air conditioning, and too bumpy. That specific bus needs to be inspected or put out of commission.
