Pros: My OurBus trip to Philadelphia on December 25th was overall smooth and efficient. The booking process was straightforward, and the boarding instructions were clear, which made getting on the bus easy even with holiday travel crowds. The bus departed close to the scheduled time and arrived largely on time, which I appreciated. The seat was reasonably comfortable for the length of the trip, with adequate legroom and a clean seating area. The temperature on board was comfortable as well. Wi-Fi and outlets were available, although the Wi-Fi connection was occasionally spotty at times. The ride itself was mostly quiet and relaxed. The driver was professional and courteous, made clear announcements, and drove safely throughout the journey. I felt that the staff handled passengers respectfully and kept the trip organized. Cons: Organization of onboarding bus. Tips: BE ON TIME!
