Pros: Really loved the comfort and the space I had! Cons: The WiFi connection. It never works. Tips: Just be safe, have fun, and be cautious of those around you! Respect yourself and respect them!

Pros: Everything from the ease of purchasing the ticket to the comfort and timeliness the trip provided. Cons: I didn’t encounter any area where improvements are necessary. I must say though that earlier trips to upstate will be very much appreciated, if the train and the bus is willing to add more travel times. Tips: Don’t hesitate to use this service, it’s very professional, and stress free. Making for a more relaxing and enjoyable experience.
