Founded in 1933, Peter Pan Bus Lines has remained a family business since its creation. It started out as a small transit company running one route between Northampton, MA and Boston, MA with a fleet of four 1933 Buick jitney vehicles, and quickly expanded over the following decades to become the leading bus company across New England, and the region’s main connection to New York City. Today, Peter Pan’s bus schedule network features 1511 routes and the company runs about 2231 bus trips every day. Pros: Trip was too short because I could not affired hotel prices. I likevto go for longer days. Cons: There are ppl who come smelling like Marijuana. Unfortunately in both trips I experienced that with Flex and panda. Since the windows weren't going to be opened thst made me very uncomfortable. Maybe you should tell everybody that they cant bored if they smell like Marijuana.

Pros: Bus is not crowded. Trip arrived early which is a plus. Announcer is strict and enforces use of headphones and keeping noise level down. Cons: Wifi was spotty or non-existent. Tips: Bring entertainment for long bus rides, or good time to sleep.

bus was late & the bathroom smelled horribly & stunk up the whole bus. many guests inconsiderate in terms of volume on phone, eating loudly, etc. also no outlets on bus.

Can I make changes to my Peter Pan ticket?
Peter Pan Bus allows you to make changes to your ticket modifications, including the date and time of travel, as long as they are made ahead of the scheduled departure time. Please keep in mind, that you will need to pay for the difference in the cost of the ticket, as well as Peter Pan's standard reissue fee of $10.

Changes can be processed online or at a ticket counter.

Can I cancel my bus ticket to get a refund?
Unfortunately, all Peter Pan tickets are nonrefundable.

Additionally, if you purchased travel insurance with Allianz when you booked your ticket on Wanderu, you can file a claim for reimbursement for a covered reason.
