The seats were comfortable and I arrived to my destination right on time.

Pros: whatever I may have liked was ruined since I wound up on Rte 13 in Dover with my luggage. Cons: the driver did not stop at my stop which was the University of Delaware, 1200 Dupont hwy, Dover. When I yelled that he passed my stop he pulled over about 1/4 mile down the road and put me off the bus on the roadside. He refused to turn around and go back. Tips: Tell the driver several times where you are going - horrible experience being left on a busy highway with luggage and no ride there!!!

Pros: The driver was a very good & careful driver on the road. He interacted well with the passengers. Cons: The buses provided for long haul trips should be a little more comfortable. More leg room, wider seats, storage overhead should not be so tight. The aisles are very small. Tips: They should be considerate of the other people, No Foul language & everyone should learn to get along better. Life is too short!

Pros: Comfort and safe. Cons: All is good. Tips: Take this bus you won’t regret.

Pros: No break stops. Cons: Seats could afford more room. Tips: Bring your own power charger and your good to go.

Pros: I was very happy with the punctuality both ways of the trip. Cons: The staff is a bit abrupt and not that friendly. Tips: If you want a very affordable this is a good service. They’re also fast and punctual.

Pros: Staff was fine, but there was a black man traveling with his 5 year old daughter and a teenager around 17, with a gentleman. He was smoking marijuana in his seat causing a toxic smell to seep into me and my child’s clothing. Cons: If anyone disrupts the ride, please call police no matter how far the route is and remove the passenger off the bus without a refund for violating such conduct. Tips: Great deal! Just watch out for ignorant passengers from the ghetto.

Pros: Very quick, effective and not overpacked. Cons: Cleanliness and air purification. Tips: Very affordable. Wear a mask. Timing was impeccable.

Pros: Dependable, comfortable. Cons: All of the charging ports should work.

Pros: Everything from booking to boarding was easy, no lines, no confusions, just boarded, driver got us there safe, bus was clean. Cons: Nothing Nó complaints. Tips: Arrive early so you can leave early!

Pros: Inexpensive, punctual, convenient departure and arrival locations. Cons: Cleanliness of bathroom. Tips: It’s reliable, people are friendly. Not very clean though.

Pros: The price was great! Cons: The bus pulled over for 20 minutes in a rest stop with no information as to why. The trip from Albany is only 3.5 hours long. The bus arrived late. Someone was smoking weed in the bathroom. Tips: If you want a cheap way to get to Albany, this is it. Have very low expectations for anything else.

Pros: Good Timing For Arrival. Cons: Seating & Cleaning. Tips: Show Up On TIME.

The driver could be more interactive. Did not tell the riders to use ear buds and keep the cell phone conversation to a low volume and minimum.

Cons: Contemporary customers are sophisticated,so keep improving consistently. Tips: satisfactory.
