Chicago to Rockford

Pros: Being able to relax and have someone else drive. Cons: The instructions for the pick up at Ohare airport were non existent. I was almost late because it took me a long time to find the pick up location. You have to go to the top floor and find the shuttle to another location to get to the pick up location. It was confusing for my first time using Coach USA. Tips: Arrive early so you can figure out where to go.

Pros: The bus had outlets to charge devices, very helpful. The driver appeared to enjoy her role as our driver and made helpful announcements. Cons: Ticket process was very frustrating on both my departing and return trips the driver was unable to utilize my electronic ticket due to his scanner unable to read the size of my qr code. I was asked to pay for a new ticket. On my return trip I just bought a different ticket to avoid issues. Tips: Flexibility of time is a given since driving in US from anywhere to anywhere is subject to the traffic issues we all face. Window seat is best, so you have a wall to lean on!
