Pros: I thought the driver was INCREDIBLE! I love driving. I thought this was a SUPERB driver. I'm sorry I forgot to leave him a very nice tip. Excellent job to the team at WanderU. The only thing that could have helped me a little more is a MORE PRECISE address & description for where to get on the bus. I stood in the wrong location for a while. I had to keep asking strangers questions to get it right. 🤪 Otherwise, a flawless enjoyable trip. Thank you Wanderu team!! 😃. Cons: #1) A painstakingly detailed explanation of where to get on the bus. I stood in the wrong place. I had to keep pulling strangers over and asking them where to board. If I stayed where it was initially I would have missed the bus entirely. #2) a posted sign when you first get on the bus that "there is a 20-minute break at rest stop (name of rest stop). But the bus leaves PROMPTLY after that. So be careful to make sure you're on the bus before it leaves." I was sitting back in the bus. I didn't know what was going on. I saw people getting on. I never heard how long the rest was going to be or that people could go into the rest stop at all. That was not very cool.😭 #3) Working electrical outlets and free Wi-Fi would have made it a five-star (5⭐🤩) trip. Otherwise, a very enjoyable trip! !Thanks again, WanderU staff! 💯😃.

Cons: I think it would be best to make sure that drivers can have the vehicle pre-fueled before trips start. My driver had to stop and fill up the bus which made our final arrival time much later than expected. This was on the other way back from Boston to NYC. Tips: N/A.

Pros: Pretty nice service, Bus was nice and clean running on time. Staff was very friendly and helping. Cons: Can include wifi onboard. Or no readily available information regarding Wi-Fi was there. Tips: Try out to get good deal.

Pros: It was still affordable and it got me safe to my destination. Cons: The bus had a leak and the rain was dropping through my window and corner of my seat. I had to change seat to avoid getting wet. The AC was not well distributed. It was freezing in the front and hot and smelly in the back. No hand sanitizer in the restroom. Tips: Prepare for anything. Bring hand sanitizer and a few layers of clothes. T-shirt and a hoodie no matter the weather might be needed.

Pros: Nice seats. Clean. Cons: Driver went onto storrow and got stopped by state police. Had to reverse off and drove around the city not knowing where to go. Felt like first time he ever did this run and used Google maps which isn't for busses. Drove around the city for 1.5-2 hrs and then arrived in NY during rush hour and stuck again. Super late arrival given departure time. 5pm arrive on a 11am departure.

I traveled from Boston to New York and had a few issues. We stopped at a gas station for about 20 minutes, but there were no updates from the driver. While sitting in seat 8, some liquid came from above, which was unpleasant. The bus also only had USB ports, no standard power outlets. Overall, the trip was less comfortable than expected

Pros: Although we arrived 3pmns late but we truly had a good run because we were at 6Am in RALLEY . Cons: We had only one stop to stretch our feet in Baltimore and we got to RALLEY, NC by 6am .It was great .but I wished we had a 2nd stop before we got TO RALLEY, because I have weak legs from low back issues, I walk with a cane and I hate to use the bus bathroom. That is not always so soiled by people and ot is narrow for someone in my condition. Tips: We must support the business. The company did a good job ,nice cool driver.
