Pros: I made it to Boston. Cons: Timing was terrible. We left 15 minutes late and then dropped off a bunch of people at Logan airport, making us 30 minutes late to get to South Station. Why are there separate buses to Logan and South Station if both buses just end up prioritizing Logan drop offs? Why was my trip less important than theirs? I missed my ride and had to schedule another. It was very inconvenient and I will do everything I can to avoid traveling on Concord Coachlines again. Tips: Do not trust the scheduled timing.

Pros: Other than it being crowded it was a good trip. Cons: Bigger seats so we’re no sitting elbow and shoulder’s touching. Tips: Traveling off peak hrs.

Pros: Exceeded all expectations! Id book a trip just to sit and read in the quiet on the bus. Cons: I wish it was only single seats. I hate a row of two to myself on the way back, but it still wasn't as comfortable (mentally and physically) as when I was in a single seat. Tips: Less is more. There are snacks and beverages, dont pack your own and save the space.

Complimentary coffee, snacks and soft drinks were provided. Bathroom was clean and seats were comfortable. Very smooth and comfortable trip.
