Pros: Very pleased. Cons: Being compensated as your sure under directions for the trip led me wrong; 20 minutes in the wrong direction away f the bus. This was 4 minutes late! The direction to the parking lot took me away from the bus s the. Leading me to the bus! Tips: Don’t follow the Bus line GPS Directions; maze me miss the 8 a And I had to wind up Tami the 10 am paying another fare! I want to be compensated as I’m sure others-have. Complained of the same!

Cons: Bus was 1hr and 30 mins late. Better to put a note online that it might take longer. I have experienced this a lot of time so it's not a big deal for me but could be for the first timer. Bus did not stop at the address what it was supposed to. Toilet trash Can is really small. While explaining about rules and regulations of the bus a driver could have been little more polite than sounding like a threat. Tips: Be there 30 mins early.

Trip was good, uneventful, not much view as I had hoped frm N.Y. to Tysons Cnr.... We were about 20 mins late but it rained & the road wz wet most of the way.... The driver drove well...

Go Buses Cancellation Policy

Can I make changes to my Go Buses ticket?
Go Buses does not allow ticket changes or modifications once a booking is confirmed. If you need to adjust your travel plans, you will need to cancel your ticket (if eligible) and book a new one.

Go Buses may reissue reservations for service failures or weather conditions as deemed appropriate by Go Buses.

If you belong to one of Go Buses Silver, Gold or Platinum reward tiers, please contact them directly for more information on a possible exception to these terms. If they approve your refund we will be notified.

Can I cancel my ticket and get a refund?
Go Buses does not provide refunds or ticket exchanges for tickets booked through Wanderu.

However, if you purchased travel insurance with Allianz when you booked your ticket on Wanderu, you can file a claim for reimbursement for a covered reason.

Each passenger is allowed to bring:

  • 1 carry-on bag and one small personal item

  • 2 checked suitcases or other large pieces of luggage with a maximum weight of 50 lbs (23 kg)

    Carry-On Bag Policy

  • Must be small enough to fit in the overhead bin or under the seat.
  • Carry-on items must not block aisles or take up additional seating.

  • Bags with wheels are not permitted on board with two exceptions: small backpacks with built-in wheels and small laptop cases that have wheels are permitted on board as long as they are stored under the seat. These items are not allowed in the overhead bins.

    Special Baggage Policy

  • Bicycles are allowed in the baggage compartment if space is available.
  • Musical instruments are allowed in the baggage compartment. If a passenger would like to bring a special musical instrument with them on board, they will need to purchase a separate seat.
  • Motorized vehicles such as scooters, mopeds and other gasoline-powered vehicles are not permitted on board.
  • Motorized wheelchairs and other devices needed for the mobility of passengers with disabilities are permitted on board and do not count against luggage limits.
  • Child car seats that are brought on board and take up a seat will require the purchase of a separate seat. Car seats that are stowed under the bus for children under two years old that are riding in an adult passenger's lap can be stored for free and do not count against luggage limits.
