Pros: Ease of process, cleanliness of the bus reasonably comfortable but felt a bit cramped, and l am 5'1". Cons: We stopped once in a railway's facility. Refreshment would have been good but we were told it was a 10 minute stop but it turned into over 20 minutes. There would have been time if realistic expectations were set.

The bus was dirty, the driver didn't know the route, he was using Waze at an unreasonably loud volume, and he was also playing loud music; I couldn't sleep on the way—it was a nighttime trip.

Pros: The chair I sat in was broke, pushed all the way back. I basic had to lay down for the ride. Bathroom was disgusting. Cons: A chair that was adjustable and not broke. The bathroom having toilet issue hand sanitizer, an overall clean. Tips: I was showing him the confirmation and my name, he made it me wait when he could have just pulled my name up, it took a random person on the street to help me.

Pros: Location for pickup & proximity to Penn Station. Cons: The AC in the bus was not up to the mark; it was a hot day with a full bus, and the AC was barely making a difference. Just a heads-up: make sure the cooling in the bus works. Tips: Easy to book, access and reasonble price.
