Pros: Drivers were very informative, polite, and helpful. Cons: More leg room and more of a recline of the seat. Hard to get comfortable. Tips: Don't forget to drink water to avoid leg cramps. Get up and off the bus to stretch legs when it is offered to you. Watch the time. Five minutes is five minutes.

Pros: Very good driver and very responsible and friendly. Cons: Need more time to use restroom and to buy food. Tips: Please back to bus at time so driver will not left you at any station.

Pros: I arrived on time for my family to pick me up.so they didn't have to wait. Thank you for the safe trip. Cons: Nothing to do with the van. But I was cold. But that's just me I'm always cold.

Pros: The first driver was unsafe. He was trying to pass a big trucks on a two lane road. Scared most of us to the point where a male passenger advised him not to Gamble with our lives. Second driver was absolutely great. Friendly courteous and SAFE! Cons: Ensure all drivers are following safe driving measures. Tips: Just be aware of your surroundings.

Pros: The bus and the driver were good... Cons: I was waiting for a 3-hour late bus in the cold and rain, the customer service rep was telling the bus was on its way, but the bus was late...

The sticker failed to pick me up! I had to reschedule my pick up and I was 1 hour late my football game! I also spent money on a taxi to quickly get me from drop off point to the event! Definitely not going to do this again as I have zero confidence it won't happen again!
