I am 6 months pregnant traveling alone, and man loading the suitcases told me to go back to the end of the line because I had just gotten there from using the restroom at the coffee shop nearby. I told him I could just stand and he said to wait until everyone else has boarded. For a pregnant person traveling completely alone, it was a disheartening interaction. I waited patiently and a few women told me I could go ahead of them, but I still waited so that this man wouldn’t throw a fit. Also, your bathrooms STINK. A deep clean often wouldn’t hurt. Especially if you’re sitting at the back of the bus. The smell is unbearable.

Pros: I actually met a nice woman in line while waiting for the bus. We were seat mates and it was so nice to have someone to talk with The bus driver was wonderful, we left at the exact time we were supposed to. Arrived 4 minutes late. There were 2 monsoon type episodes that she had to deal with, and things never got scary. I was so pleased! Cons: The cup holders leave much to be desired.

Trip was on a Saturday, was 20% longer than advertised time. Just put in some padding in the schedule so we can compare the duration to a train, please. WiFi worked but Internet connectivity was marginal in some areas.

Pros: I have zero complaints. This was my first bus travel experience in decades. The bus was on time, very clean (even the lavatory was spotless - better than airliners!), the driver was friendly, courteous and safe. And we arrived on time despite a few traffic delays. What more can I say? Excellent value, and I will be sure to use this service again. Cons: I really can't think of anything! Tips: No need to be in a rush to be first in line to board, all the seats are the same.

Pros: No frills easy commute. Cons: Cleanliness of buses and their pricing. Tips: Not at all worth dishing out fir what is dubbed luxury in bus travel. The difference between luxury and non luxury was faux leather seats. Not comfort nor anything else.

Pros: Comfortable seat. The bus was full but didn't feel crowded. I appreciate that we made one quick stop. Great experience for the money. Cons: Nothing. Tips: I usually take a train to NYC but I will take the bus more often now. It was a surprisingly pleasant experience.
