Amtrak Pacific Surfliner

Pros: It was stress free. Cons: The seats should be changed and have new ones please. Please also disinfect the premises and spray with Lysol. The conductor(s) should be less rude and should have less uncalled for “attitudes “ because they go around without a smile. It looked like they hate their jobs. Tips: Please write about the improvements that can be made at Amtrak.
