Pros: Train ride was super easy and direct, the staff even comes to get you/wake you up when your stop is approaching. Cons: Navigating Penn Station during late night/early morning hours is an absolute nightmare. They close the buildings yet run trains, so I had to ask no less than 5 staff where to go to find the waiting area and train. Many access points were closed, and I got there 3 hours early. Tips: If travelling at night from Penn Station, arrive at least 2 hrs early to find the correct boarding area.
