Amtrak

Pros: The train stations were clean and accomodating. Travel information /updates were regulary available. Travel vehicles were clean and comfortable. Cons: Seemingly "some" Amtrak (train conductors) personnel seemed impatient and not approachable. Burnout? Stereotyping? Perhaps a "bad day"? Not sure. However, I pride myself on being a good customer, when being serviced. I write this because this has been the case concerning two of the two trips using the Amtrak system. Understanding that working with public may be a challenge at times, (I have 22 yrs. experience) although, how one may be received could make a big difference for everyone. Tips: None.
